Test of TimeReview of Liebman et al.'s An Integrated Treatment Program for Anorexia NervosaHorizons Specialist Psychotherapy Services, London, UK This article reviews the paper by Liebman, Minuchin, and Baker (1974) describing the use of a family meal as part of an integrated treatment approach for anorexia nervosa. The ideas laid out in the paper are described and discussed in terms of the understanding of anorexia nervosa at the time as well as placed in a current clinical and theoretical context. A comment is made on whether or not, in this author's opinion, the paper stands the test of time.
